REFUND POLICY

At Train With Fernanda, significant time and effort are invested in creating personalized training and nutrition programs. For this reason, the following refund policy applies.

Coaching Services

​

All coaching purchases are non-refundable once services have begun, including but not limited to:

​

• Personalized training programs

• Nutrition plans

• Program modifications

• Coaching support and communication

​

Monthly Memberships

Clients may cancel their monthly membership at any time by providing at least 14 days' notice before their next billing date.

​

Cancellation of a membership will prevent future charges but does not entitle the client to a refund for services already provided or for the current billing period.

​

Digital Products and Programs

Due to the digital nature of coaching services and program delivery, refunds are not provided once access has been granted to training programs, nutrition plans, or coaching materials.

​

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Train With Fernanda.
